Day 3. Arugula salad with homemade salsa and soy ground beef. Used cucumber slices instead of tortilla chips. Salsa consisted of diced tomato, red onion, garlic, cucumber, avocado, lemon, black pepper and red pepper. Had this for lunch and dinner. Oatmeal for breakfast. Snacked on almonds
